Beware cheap 18650 holders

Let the smoke out of the battery but fortunately no fire.  Won't be using this cell anymore though, which sucks since it was brand new, just out of the package.  I think the crimp on the positive terminal of the battery holder has a rough spot which cut the insulation and shorted out to the case of the cell.  Now I have to go back and redesign the battery holder for my 90mm Solder Fume Extractor, once I find a better holder (sucks).
