They debulked the tumor, though I have not seen images of the reduced tumor. They wanted to be conservative however since they did not want to puncture the bladder - so I am not expecting the nearly clean appearance that her bladder had after Dr. Cerf performed the same type of proceedure last year. Her recovery from the surgery was pretty quick, just one day in the hospital this time, and we were back on the road after 2 days. Overall I am hopeful, but realistic about this, best case is 6-9 months due to her other problems, but right now she is still active and otherwise healthy (and happy).
